How your account, the subscription and the Titan Studio app fit together.

Getting started

Create an account with your name, email and a password.
Open the link in the confirmation email. Billing and the app need a confirmed address, so receipts and password resets reach you.
Subscribe with Stripe ($9.99 per month). Stripe handles the card; Titan Studio never sees it.
Install the Titan Studio app on your Mac (macOS 13 or later) or Windows PC (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) and sign in inside it with the same account.

The app and your account

Titan Studio runs on Glass, our technology that keeps the studio up to date without adding any delay between your controller, your capture card and your console.

Sign in inside the app with your Titan Studio account. Tick "Keep me signed in" and it stays signed in, like a browser does.
The app needs an internet connection to sign in and while you edit, compile, test or install scripts. Scripts already on your Titan Two keep running without one.

Trials

Trials are given out by the Titan Studio team; contact support if you have been offered one. While a trial runs, the app works exactly as with a subscription, and your account page shows the days left. When it ends, subscribe to keep going.

Managing your subscription

Your account page shows your subscription and the Titan Twos you activated.
Manage billing on that page opens Stripe's billing portal: change the card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Troubleshooting

The app says it cannot reach the server. Check your internet connection and click Try Again. Your Titan Two keeps running its current script meanwhile.
"Titan Two in use by another app". Only one program can drive the Titan Two at a time. Quit the other program, then reconnect.
Forgot your password? Use Reset your password; the link in the email is valid for an hour.
No confirmation email? Check the spam folder, then send a new link from the confirmation page.
